Job Summary :
We are seeking a patient, dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support and Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 users, as well as offering training to enhance their proficiency with these tools. Additionally, you will support and train users on Adobe software and Nextiva VOIP phone systems. Your role will also involve managing support tickets, updating learning materials, and conducting training sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely and effective technical support to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PEO software systems, payroll, HRIS (Human Resource Information System) benefit administration, and other related software.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR and payroll software systems.
- Provide technical guidance for benefits administration platforms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address system improvements and user needs to management.
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and updates related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Nextiva VOIP.
