Consolidated Pipe & Supply is a full line supplier, fabricator and manufacturer of pipe, valve, and fitting products and services to the natural gas, waterworks, energy and industrial sectors.
Job Summary:
Ideal candidate is responsible for managing the rental process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating all aspects of rentals, whether for equipment, facilities, or spaces. This role involves interacting with customers, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating smooth rentals from start to finish
Performance Standards:
- Excellent communication Skills: to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills: to manage multiple rentals, schedules, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology: for managing records, processing invoices and rental agreements, and communicating with customers.
- Knowledge of rental procedures, contracts, and industry best practices: to ensure smooth and compliant rental operations.
- Problem-solving skills: to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy: in managing rental records and agreements.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of McElroy equipment
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit climb or balance; stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
