What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Consolidated Printing?
As the Accounting Clerk for Consolidated Printing, you will be responsible for providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Matching invoices to purchase orders
● Invoice entry to Accounts payable
● Reconciling vendor invoice statements
● Receiving daily payments from customers and applying them to the correct account
● Processing daily bank deposits
● Reconcile bank statements
● Assisting in helping with sales tax return in multiple states
● Organizing and filing invoices
● Answering questions about invoices from customers and vendors
● Perform all other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma or GED
● Experience with Microsoft Excel
● Strong mathematical skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication
● Excellent organizational skills
● Ability to prioritize and delegated as needed
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Professionalism and strong customer service skills
● Team player and self-starter, able to work independently
● Detail orientated and able to prioritize and multi-task
● Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
