Experienced in recruiting, building, and running a Direct Sales Team: Top Commission and override.
Contractor Located in Cary looking for individual to build and run sales team in Cary office. Experienced in direct in home sales. Position will eventually have stock options of ownership in Company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales management and customer service
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales (door to door outreach, cold calling, new business generation)
- Background in door to door or in home sales and cold calling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships
Previous experience in direct in home sales STRONGLY PREFERRED.
