We are seeking a full-time District Sales Manager in the Michigan/Ohio area to join our team! The ideal candidate would develop and pursue sales opportunities in a geographical area that is close to their home but also aligns with Equipto’s Sales needs.
The ideal candidate provides experience within the industrial equipment, storage, and/or material handling industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a geographical sales territory
- Report sales activities to the VP of Sales
- Deliver sales presentations and value propositions to key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain strategic sales alliances with end-user customers and local distributor partners
- Field sales work including site visits, area surveys, analyses of customer challenges, and solution development
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
- Up to 70% of travel required within the territory
