Qualifications
The Key Account Coordinator I position is responsible for maintaining assigned builder accounts, including processing orders, providing quotes and support the builder accounts.
Essential Functions

- Support Professional Sales Representatives with maintaining builder accounts.
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned builders regarding day-to-day operations.
- Process orders for assigned production builders.
- Prepare and provide quotes for both standard and custom-building plan.
- Prepare order files for measurement, check vendor portals, ensure order accuracy for large volume builder accounts
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with design selections and showroom visits.
- Complete orders and submit through appropriate ordering system(s).
- Verify product acknowledgements with Production Account Team Lead to ensure order accuracy.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Required Education and Experience
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and scale blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability maintain organization while working on multiple projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in kitchen or closet design or in the construction industry
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 2020 Design experience
