Responsibilities:
The C&I Operations Manager will be responsible for the Operational and technical support for our Commercial and Industrial business to include: Technical Support field technicians, troubleshooting assistance, product & water technology training, quality reporting, C&I project assistance, product field testing, and matters of customer satisfaction. Culligan key customers include; franchise dealerships, Industrial end-users, National Accounts, mechanical contractors, and partners in retail products. Support of Culligan products includes standard Culligan-branded products, modified-standard equipment, special engineered systems, and alternative channel products.
Specific Job Function:
•Actively traveling to CWG Branches (FL/GA/SC) to assist with all C&I Related Service, Installation and operational activities.
•Identify training needs, schedule and conduct product/service training with Service Technicians identified as C&I capable technicians.
•Provide on-site product support, installation supervision, and operator training on Culligan Commercial and Industrial products.
•Assist Field Technicians with troubleshooting, repairs and evaluations.
•Help develop and implement SOP for services to include PEDI, PM Service Contracts and SystemEvaluations
•Work closely with branch GM and Service Managers to ensure C&I customers are receiving quality service and timely responses.
•Support sales growth opportunities and product launches through teamwork with Regional Sales Manager and Commercial Sales team.
•Evaluate local pricing structures as to align with market
•Other temporary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED required; College or technical degree preferred.
•Experience: 8 years in the water treatment industry strongly preferred.
•30% overnight travel to CWG Branches
•Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
•Strong mathematical skills required including understanding of reference materials such as tables andcharts.
•Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping and electrical wiring diagrams.
•Good mechanical aptitude required; must be able to detect cause of failure in water treatment systemcomponents.
•Experience in troubleshooting simple electrical circuits using handheld meters.
