Position Highlights :
As a Fitness Specialist with AgeSTRONG, you will be leading group fitness classes to help clients live the best rest of their lives.
Responsibilities :
- Lead dynamic group fitness classes in the area of Aquatics
- Provide group classes to enhance the cognitive, physical, and mental health of clients throughout their aging journey.
- Create and deliver engaging, safe, and effective workouts for participants of varying fitness and ability levels.
- Provide motivation, encouragement, and support to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
