Rehab Director - Senior Care Specialist
Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of Seniors? We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking, and innovative Multisite Rehab Director to join our teams at Marquis Autumn Hills and Marquis Oregon City to serve residents in our long-term care and memory care facilities.
As a Multisite Occupational Therapist, You Will
- Identify, manage, and progress the caseload of seniors, ensuring personalized and effective care plans.
- Champion quality metrics and initiatives to enhance residents' lifestyle and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Specialized Training: We provide paid training to obtain Certified Dementia Care Specialist (CDCS) credentials, equipping you with advanced skills to support memory care residents.
- Innovative Partnerships: Collaborate with our non-profit organization, Vital Life Foundation, to create opportunities for helping our seniors live the best, rest of their lives.
- Supportive Leadership: Engage with a team that values your expertise, including direct mentorship from our Senior Leadership team.
