What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician Customer Transition Coordinator position at CONSONUS PHARMACY SERVICES?

What will a Pharmacy Technician do every day on the Transition Team?
- Supports all facility transitions including onboarding, ownership changes, eMAR / Integration changes, and offboarding.
- Individuals on this team will work with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure our customers have a positive experience and build strong relationships with account managers.
- Manage Customer Transitions processes, including partnering with relevant team leaders, facilitating transition update meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and providing overall project management for transitions
- Provide conversion order entry and patient support for transitions
- Provide backup order entry and patient admission support to operations teams as needed
Pharmacy Tech minimum requirements will include :
You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position.
Position hours : Eight-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is a must.
