Consonus Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy specializing in the needs of nursing facilities, assisted living residents, and their caregivers. We are currently hiring a Cash Application Specialist to join our team!
Cash Application Specialist
- Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts
- Process checks, credit card and IVR e-check payments
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and manage unapplied cash
- Collaborate with accounting and collections teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure timely and accurate account updates
- Utilize banking and accounting software for processing and reporting
- Other duties : Accounts Payable filing and other misc projects as needed.
Hourly Rate Range : $17.00 - $19.00
Onsite position
Schedule : M-F 8-5 PST or 7-4 PST
