Role Summary:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Plant Controller will be responsible for all financial operations at the site, including month-end reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and financial strategy. This role is fully onsite and offers excellent long-term career growth within a stable, well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct detailed variance analysis.
- Lead annual budget preparation and maintain standard costing systems.
- Deliver meaningful financial insight and reporting to support plant operations and executive decision-making.
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support accounting improvement initiatives and M&A activities.
- Enhance ERP and MRP utilization to drive process efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Solid experience in manufacturing and cost accounting.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and general ledger management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Experience leading system or financial process improvements.
