Sales Representative

Constable Sanitation is seeking a sales representative for in field, face-to-face interactions with both existing customers. The ideal candidate is responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of products and services. Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.

Responsibilities and preferred requirements:

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers to grow business working in Kansas City metro and central Missouri territory. No overnight travel required
• Self-efficient and motivated
• Sales experience in the Waste industry preferred
• Develop relationships with contractors for business to business development
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products and services can benefit them financially and professionally
• Sell the company’s products and services to customers within your given territory
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Ability to generate self leads
• This candidate will work directly with the owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
