About the Role

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred). 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in aerospace or defense. Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex engineering programs. Deep technical expertise in aerospace systems, including spacecraft, propulsion, avionics, or related domains. Strong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
