Position Description :
The Incident Response Group Coordinator (“IRGC”), in collaboration with the Chair and Vice Chairs of the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Team (“Cyber Team”), will be responsible for coordination and support of the Incident Response Team. This includes facilitating onboarding training specific to IR services, facilitating training and usage of the Cyber Team project management portal, tracking new IR matters, and continuously working toward maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of IR processes and personnel.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Liaison with Leadership Team
- Continuously assess needs of IR Team and communicate same to Cyber Leadership Team (Chair and Vice Chairs) to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of IR processes and personnel
- Collaborate with Cyber Leadership Team in developing and implementing long-term strategic initiatives to maintain and enhance existing key partnerships, identify and develop new partnerships, and support business development efforts by assisting, as necessary, with the development and updating of marketing materials and events
- Facilitate new IR attorney onboarding
- Liaison with Cyber Office Manager for new IR attorney onboarding
- Facilitate scheduling and training for new IR attorney onboarding
- Track and maintain daily receipt of IR matter referrals
- Facilitate input of relevant data sets into project management portal by IR Partners, Associates, Paralegals and / or Legal Assistants
- Manage IR Legal Assistant Paid Time Off
- Manage IR Intake Specialists
- Manage IR Partner / Associate on-call schedules?
- Approve and submit new IR client / matter forms?
- Facilitate IR hotline services?
- Coordinate IR Team coverage during team member time-off
- Facilitate updates to IR Playbook
Necessary skills :
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
