Legal Assistant- Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Group
Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete LLP is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support Attorneys in our Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice Group.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain case files within iManage document management system
- Maintain electronic calendars for assigned attorneys
- Submit new matters for opening
- Facilitate document signing between various parties
- Submit expense reimbursements on behalf of attorneys
- Coordinate with accounting department on billing and related administrative matters
- Assist with production and editing of correspondence and documents
- Professionally communicate with clients, insurance carriers, vendors, and firm personnel
- Other projects as assigned by attorneys and practice group manager.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 per year to $95,000 per year.
