Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundering clothes, cleaning living spaces, and preparing meals.
- Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide support for individuals with disabilities or seniors requiring specialized care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in senior care or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
