As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping Constant Contact's strategic direction and decision-making process, serving as a vital link between data-driven insights and strategic planning to ensure the company remains competitive and achieves its objectives.
In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their effective execution and progress tracking. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive strategic analyses, combining qualitative research and quantitative assessments to support critical projects. You will also oversee the monitoring of strategic partnerships and M&A activities, while creating executive presentations, briefs, and fact packs to provide updates to leadership and the board of directors.

What you’ll do:
- Drive strategic initiatives: including collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and track execution
- Conduct strategic analysis: perform both qualitative (e.g. market research, competitive analysis) and quantitative (e.g.,financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, data and trend analysis on key metrics) analysis in support of strategic initiatives
- Track strategic partnership and M&A activities
- Develop executive presentation: develop presentations, briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates
Who you are:
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in technology companies, ideally with experience or understanding of the SMB / SaaS / Martech landscape
- Prior Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and / or Consulting experience required.
- Excellent executive presentation skills, financial modeling, and M&A experience.
- Excellent finance, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience acquiring and distilling large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insight and actionable recommendations
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs; comfortable with uncertainty
- Proficient both with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite)

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
