Lead Product Designer
We have an opening for a Lead Product Designer who will develop the experience design discipline within the organization and deliver superior user experiences to achieve business objectives and successful client outcomes.
What you’ll do :
- Apply UX and UI principles and methodologies to enhance product design through user research and testing and solve complicated business problems.
- Lead the development of UI and UX design best practices, templates, and trainings to increase design knowledge and standards for the organization.
- Advise senior leaders on UI and UX initiatives and strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, workflows and strategies.
- Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces.
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent.
- Recommend metrics to define, manage, and measure design success and prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with leadership to support team member onboarding and growth.
