What you’ll do:
- As a Senior Partner Product Manager, build cross-functional relationships to identify and prioritize business challenges and opportunities to develop innovative solutions that align with our growth goals and vision..
- Leverage partner and end user market research to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with Partner needs. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to collect feedback and uncover key insights.
- Draft precise, well-organized requirements, and acceptance criteria that clearly outline desired product functionality, business case and value proposition.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Partner Success teams to build and launch intuitive, user-friendly product features that meet the needs of our partners.
- Drive and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap. Secure support and alignment from key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Partner Success and Leadership, to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
- Develop and manage a product backlog that reflects both strategic business priorities and partner needs.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and success of product features and initiatives. Communicate results and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies, including training materials, partner sales enablement and partner onboarding resources, to ensure successful product launches.
- Establish a robust process for gathering ongoing feedback from partners including partner calls and meetings to continuously improve product functionality and performance.
Who you are:
- Proven experience managing SaaS products and solutions from concept to launch and iteration.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree is Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of software Product Management experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives with little oversight
- Ability to work effectively across departments and build relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional collaboration skills
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
