Skills:
- Experience in assisted living or patient care settings preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation assistance.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Ability to provide childcare if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
