Lead the brewery's financial planning and execution management. Provide our business partners with the support and advice that allows them to have financial certainty in the operational area. Develop and implement optimization strategies to ensure that the company’s financial health is managed effectively while supporting operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsabilidades:
1 Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
2 Forecast revenue, costs, and cash flows to help the company plan effectively for the future.
3 Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to optimize resource use, thereby improving profit margins.
4 Conduct financial analysis to assess the company’s performance, identifying trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for growth.
5 Ensure that capital expenditures align with the company’s long-term financial goals and provide a strong return on investment (ROI).
6 Identify financial risks within manufacturing operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
7 Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain departments to understand operational needs and challenges.
