We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Chef de Partie to our Constellation team at our Florida Commissary in Miami, FL. As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to lead a station in the kitchen and assist the Sous Chef in maintaining standards and quality of food of that given station. Sometimes may need to help oversee a small team.

- Training kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensuring that kitchen has correct stock for event menu.
- Participating in all aspects of food preparation.
- Ensuring that kitchen staff adheres to all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
Must-haves:
- At least three years’ relevant experience.
- Superior knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
