The Specialist will possess a deep understanding of luxury standards and demonstrate proficiency in managing all facets of the food and beverage services and client interactions. Must be comfortable with travel to CT and CA.

At least 5 years of training / learning & development in hospitality
Bachelor's degree preferred

- Develop, train and mentor staff to help groom staff to be more accountable in their roles
- Work in tandem with catering staff to provide operational and staffing support
- Develop necessary training programs for all staff to ensure consistent, high-level service is being provided
- Be present at meetings / events to ensure timeliness and conduct of catering staff; as well as service output, ensuring meeting/event success
Strong communication skills- both verbal and written
