The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled Warehouse and Events assistant to join our Constellation team at the Frost Museum in Miami, FL.

Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours)

Salary: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

      

•      Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.       
•      Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.       
•      Assist with inventory tracking, stock counts, and restocking as needed.       
•      Prepare equipment and supplies for events or shipments.
  
  

Cleaning & Maintenance:

      

•      Ensure the warehouse, equipment, and workspaces are clean, safe, and well-organized.       
•      Perform basic maintenance or repairs on equipment when necessary.
  
  

Catering & Events Support:

      

•      Assist with loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies for events.       
•      Help set up and break down catering stations at events.       
•      Support food preparation or service tasks during events as needed.       
•      Ensure all supplies and equipment are accounted for after events.
  
  

Qualifications:

      

•      Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or event setup is a plus.       
•      Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50lbs)       
•      Strong organizational and multitasking skills.       
•      Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.       
•      Flexible schedule, including availability for evening or weekend events.       
•      Valid driver’s license preferred
