Job Responsibilities: As the Maintenance & Technical Instructor - Lead, you will be responsible for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting performance-based training programs. You will also conduct counseling sessions for trainees, evaluate results, and recommend individualized training programs.
Training and Development: To stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, you will be required to maintain current knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills, and techniques. This includes incorporating information gained from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports and Exelon NERs, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices.
