Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to support nuclear plant operations and develop engineering solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment and system issues.
- Develop and implement engineering analysis, activities, and programs to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Perform engineering tasks as assigned by supervision, applying engineering principles and industry codes and regulations.
- Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work, ensuring proper configuration management and adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects and programs.
- Recommend equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience for Mid-level position, or 5 years of engineering experience for Senior position.
- Professional Engineer Registration and Advanced technical degree or related coursework are preferred qualifications.
