Expected salary range of $102,600 to $114,000 , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Generation Compliance Specialist will ensure CEG adhere to all applicable generation compliance requirements. Interface with groups through the organization including Power and Nuclear to prepare reviews and reports of generation compliance as requested. Ensure that CEG activities are performed in compliance with applicable procedures, standards and requirements. Identify and provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives by developing and implementing various assessments. Participate and support CEG's compliance program. Must develop a strong technical understanding of the generation compliance rules themselves as well as the forums where they are discussed. Evaluate and determine compliance for CEG activities. Recommend corrective actions to address inadequacies discovered during assessments, including cross-functional and cross-team alignment of processes and procedures to ensure future compliance. Will typically involve acting in a consulting or advisory capacity and gather commitments of other management personnel in the organization. Ensure timely execution of any necessary notification or compliance submission is imperative along with facilitating communication on important relevant activities to all impacted teams. Acts as a liaison to external regulatory entities for compliance issues, tracks ISO, NERC and Reliability Entity activates and consults / advises key CEG personnel in order to develop strategic direction for compliance to ISO, NERC and Reliability Region standards.

- Evaluate, determine, and report CEG compliance through applicable procedures, standards and requirements. Recommend enhancements to current practices and procedures to drive continuous improvement and any other external entity as required.
