The Maintenance & Technical Instructor - Lead position is based out of our Peach Bottom Clean Energy facility in Delta, PA. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and modifying discipline-related training programs. You will also drive station and personnel performance improvement through the use of training, conduct counseling sessions for trainees, and assure that training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports and Exelon NERs, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices.
