Responsibilities:
- Perform support and oversight of PI programs. Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs or responsible for oversight of a department in regards to their performance improvement.
- Perform and provide oversight on trending analysis - Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
- Support CAP investigations and support IR reviews.
- Manage performance indicators and response to trends.
- Prepare MRM packages with department input and other packages for PI meetings.
- Innovation and projects as assigned.
Performance Improvement Specialist E02 Job Code XRD2 Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Technical discipline with 2 years relevant experience OR
- Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma with 6 years relevant experience
Sr Performance Specialist E03 Job Code XRD3 Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Technical discipline with 5 years relevant experience OR
- Associates Degree with 7 years relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma with 9 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in PI/OR Program
- Previous SRO license/certification
- Root Cause Qualified
- Previously worked in at least one of the departments that you will be supporting
