- Provide coaching to leaders on utilizing development tools such as job assignments, training, and mentoring.
- Serve as the organizational development point of contact for business unit clients.
- Manage results planning process for Exelon Employee Survey, providing analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
