Job Description: The Maintenance & Technical Instructor - Lead position plays a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that support the growth and development of our team members. This includes directing site M&T training groups, demonstrating mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge, and conducting performance-based training programs as required by user community.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in nuclear technical instruction or training/education, with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with instructors and other staff members.
