- Experience in nuclear power plant training, plant design change and backfit information, plant procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports.
- A strong understanding of plant operations and disciplinary skills, commensurate with responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
A Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or education/training, along with 6 years of commercial nuclear power plant training experience is required.
