**Job Overview**
The Site Chemistry Program Manager will oversee all functions related to Chemistry and Radioactive Waste management. This includes ensuring chemistry programs required to protect critical plant assets are effectively implemented and providing station leadership and advocacy for chemistry and radioactive waste performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate as a station leader and peer group member to drive department and station performance
- Supervise/mentor direct reports and coach department members
- Monitor performance and maintain aggressive performance plans and goals
- Manage and oversee contracts, including full-time contractors, for radioactive waste management, raw water chemical treatment and control, makeup water processing, and other chemistry sampling and analysis responsibilities
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related field AND 8 years professional Chemistry-related experience, or technical nuclear plant experience, with at least 3 in a supervisory role
- ANSI requirements per station specifications: 4 years related experience which shall include 2 years nuclear power plant experience and 1 year of supervisory or management experience
Salary : $135,900 - $151,000
