Salary: $105,300 - $117,000 (Mid-level Operations Instructor) / $130,500-$145,000 (Senior-level Operations Instructor)
Job Description: As a Nuclear Operations Instructor, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that help our team members improve their performance and achieve their goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze training needs, design and develop training materials, and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our team members.
Your expertise in nuclear operations will be invaluable in helping us maintain high standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring that training programs are up-to-date and aligned with the latest regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Associate's degree in science/engineering or education/training WITH 4 years related industry experience/technical background OR Bachelor's degree in education/Training WITH 2 years of teaching experience. Previous or current senior reactor operator license OR A Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Certification WITH 4 years of related industry experience AND 6 months of proven teaching in Licensed Operator Requal Training (LORT) or Initial License Trainee (ILT).
