About the Job
This nuclear operations instructor role involves demonstrating mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with plant-specific nuclear operations training programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving station and personnel performance improvement through the use of training, coordinating and conducting performance-based operations RO/NLO training programs, and maintaining knowledge of plant operations and disciplinary skills and techniques.
Key Qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Previous or current senior reactor operator license or a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Certification
- A minimum of 4 years related industry experience/technical background
