What You'll Do
As a Manager of Nuclear Operations, you will lead the Dry Cask Storage Program and oversee personnel at assigned sites. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing standardization of dry cask loading processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Nuclear Stations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dry cask storage facilities, ensuring surveillance and maintenance activities are conducted and emergent conditions are appropriately addressed
- Directly accountable for the management of site DCS programs with expenditures of approximately $20M per year

Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Implement dry cask storage program strategy as assigned and within the parameters of scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget objectives
- Develop, coach, and mentor DCS Specialists and cross-functional support personnel fostering continuous improvement
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline with 8 years of industry experience or 6 years of Dry Cask Storage-related or Constellation Reactor Services experience
- Prior dry cask or Reactor Services experience
