As an Energy Operations Specialist at Constellation Energy, you will perform advanced technical/engineering problem-solving in support of power plant operations. You will be responsible for technical decisions, possessing excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application, as well as detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. This role requires a high level of accountability, with the ability to manage and implement engineering analysis and technical programs. You will have wide latitude to make technical decisions within accountabilities.
The expected salary range for this position is $93,600 to $104,000, varies based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering analysis, activities, and programs.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
- Perform complete task management of engineering issues.
- Accountable for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, and procedures and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.
