- Designing, developing, and delivering plant-specific nuclear licensed training programs.
- Coordinating and conducting performance-based training.
- Maintaining documentation of training activities.
- Evaluating trainee competence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree in science/engineering or education/training with 4 years related industry experience/technical background OR a Bachelor's degree in education/Training with 2 years' teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
