We're looking for a highly skilled Licensed Operations Trainer to join our team at Constellation Energy. As a leader in clean energy production for over a decade, we're committed to accelerating the transition to a carbon-free future.
You'll be responsible for developing and conducting effective, high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our users. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that our training programs are current, relevant, and aligned with company objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering training programs for licensed operators.
- Counseling trainees and evaluating their performance.
- Maintaining knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A previous or current senior reactor operator license.
- An SRO Certification WITH 6 years of related industry experience AND 6 months of proven teaching in Licensed Operator Requal Training (LORT) or Initial License Trainee (ILT).
- A Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or education/training.
