Job Description
This Engineering role can be filled at the Mid-level or Senior Engineer level.
- Perform regulatory and technical tasks under general supervision in support of nuclear plant operations.
- Make regulatory decisions within accountabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Assurance
- Corrective action and self-assessment/benchmarking program implementation.
- Regulatory compliance and communications (NRC Region and State interface).
- Regulatory programs implementation (e.g., commitment management, operating experience, NRC performance indicators, etc.).
Dry Cask Storage
- Regulatory support for dry cask storage program implementation.
- Governance of 72.212 processes.
- Regulatory compliance and communications (NRC Region and State interface).
