As a Nuclear Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for demonstrating mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant-specific nuclear licensed operations training programs. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of nuclear power plant training experience, preferably in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in science/engineering or education/training is preferred, as is a senior reactor operator license or equivalent experience. As a key member of our training team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality training programs that support the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear facilities.
