Expected salary range of $89,100 to $99,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position ensures the Operations on shift schedule is developed and implemented in accordance with labor laws and union agreements (if applicable).
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Determine Operational needs and develop manpower schedule compatible with overtime and financial commitments. All schedules must be in compliance with regulatory overtime guidelines of LS-AA-119 and collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
- Plan and implement overtime call-outs as necessary in accordance with call-out rules and FFD program.
- Resolves inconsistencies in time records to ensure completeness and accuracy. Tracks cost impact versus schedule and budget.
- Ensures minimum operations crew complement for Tech Specs, Safe Shutdown, and Fire Brigade. Interfaces as necessary with the Training Department to maintain accurate status of operator qualifications and allocates operations personnel as appropriate.
- Ensure work hours are in accordance with 82-12 and prepare deviations if required.
- Perform special projects and collateral duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Technical discipline with 2 years applicable scheduling experience or
- Associates Degree with 3 years directly applicable scheduling experience or
- High School Diploma with 5 years directly applicable scheduling experience
