Job Summary
The Manager of Medical Quality will oversee the Dry Cask Storage Program and personnel at assigned sites. The successful candidate will implement standardization of dry cask loading processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Nuclear Stations.
- Manage detailed scope, quality, performance delivery, schedule adherence, and budget of DCS campaigns (45%)
- Directly accountable for the management of site DCS programs with expenditures of approximately $20M per year

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Establish and obtain approval of scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget objectives
- Ensure appropriate work documents are developed and work activities are integrated into the plant work schedule
- Provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management for status of dry cask storage activities
- Develop, coach, and mentor DCS Specialists and cross-functional support personnel fostering continuous improvement
Requirements
We're seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline with 8 years of industry experience or 6 years of Dry Cask Storage-related or Constellation Reactor Services experience
- PMP Certification or prior dry cask or Reactor Services experience
