This position requires the ability to direct operating shift personnel in the performance of plant duties, including standing watch on rotating 12-hour shifts and coordinating and directing the operation of the nuclear power plant's systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of nuclear power plant operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must successfully complete a FLS Leadership Assessment
- Meet or exceed one of the following: 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a non-comparable facility
