Key Responsibilities
This Senior Medical Engineer position requires expertise in advanced technical problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in functional disciplines and practical application, as well as detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.
Main Tasks
- Develop, manage, and implement engineering analysis, activities, and programs.
- Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
- Manage engineering issues to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Apply engineering principles to assigned tasks.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
- Recommend equipment, concepts, and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in a related field.
