Expected salary range of $92,700 to $103,000 based on experience, along with a full benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k).
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Procurement Specialist will implement the Supply Chain Process, manage inventory, and support investment recovery programs.
KEY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure the needs of customers and suppliers are met by addressing Engineered Specifications, enforcing Terms and Conditions, and developing sourcing strategies to uphold contractual obligations.
- Handle day-to-day process resolution, including resolving unenterable invoices, managing supplier changes, updating unit measures, and identifying opportunities for economies of scale. Investigate and correct issues related to invoice mismatches, contracts, purchase orders, deliveries, shipping, expediting orders, quality, and receiving.
- Assist in managing emergent supplier relationships and contribute to the development of ongoing supplier performance metrics using a supplier performance monitoring system. Visit key suppliers as needed and participate in long-range supplier alliance meetings.
- Support the completion of technical evaluations, material classification, evaluation of alternates, reverse engineering, and analysis of equipment, along with the establishment of commercial grade dedication.
- Assist in Emergency Response activities as assigned by the Business Units.
