- Support investment accounting processes for limited partnerships (LPs), limited liability companies (LLCs), and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Assist with recording collateral interest, investment ratings, and derivative activity, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare custody account reconciliations and cash flow analyses to support investment accounting activities.
- Support the preparation and review of domestic and international GAAP and U.S. statutory audit reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of investment SPV audit reports and related disclosures.
- Perform quarterly close tasks to support the consolidation of enterprise GAAP financial statements.
- Assist in financial reporting improvement projects and other initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure internal controls are maintained and comply with established guidelines, including audit narratives and segregation of duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve timely and accurate reporting.
- Participate in special projects and support continuous improvement efforts across the accounting and reporting functions.

What Sets You Up For Success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with relevant coursework.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, with exposure to U.S. GAAP and investment accounting preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus) and general ledger/reporting structures.
- Familiarity with internal/external reporting processes, audits, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- CPA certification and U.S. statutory insurance accounting experience preferred.
