Director, Annuity Illustrations

The Director, Annuity Illustrations will oversee the development, launch, and ongoing management of the sales illustration system. The person in this role will manage large-scale company initiatives, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of the sales illustration system.
• Managing large-scale company initiatives, including new products and feature rollouts, while maintaining a quick-to-market focus.
• Partnering with stakeholders to design competitive illustrations aligned with industry best practices.
• Researching and refining illustration concepts; review and approve business requirements and related documentation.
• Tracking project milestones, risks, and status, providing updates to senior management and customers.
• Approving mockups, technical specifications, and testing plans to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Supporting marketing strategies and developing training materials for wholesalers and internal teams.
• Serving as the main contact for system issues and recommending enhancements.
• Providing direction for creating and executing requirements to ensure existing functionality is maintained

What Sets You Up For Success

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years of related experience in the annuity industry
• Experience in project management preferably in sales illustrations systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple, changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 software and tools
• Proficient in project management software and tools
