- Overseeing the development, launch, and continuous improvement of the sales illustration system.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of related experience in the annuity industry
- Experience in project management preferably in sales illustrations systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and capable of handling multiple, changing priorities
