- Support the analysis of business needs, define requirements, and recommend process improvements and design solutions under the guidance of a senior team member.
- Evaluate existing business processes, data, systems, workflows, and models to gain insights into the current environment.
- Utilize various communication methods, such as interviews and meetings, to gather and analyze information on current and future business models.
- Collect, document, and manage functional and non-functional product and project requirements using established templates and tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proposed solutions align with architectural standards.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria to validate solution completion and effectiveness.
- Support, update and revise existing business process management application using vendor software with oversight from more senior team members.
- Assist the project manager in the development of the scope document.
- Provide estimates to the PM for each of the work tasks.
- Identify the various business resources that can contribute to the requirement gathering process for each of the business areas impacted.
- Build, foster and maintain collaborative relationships with the Business community, Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, Software Developers, and Project Managers to ensure project implementations result in high quality solutions.

What Sets You Up For Success
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related role is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer science concepts
